Reason for Change:
CI/CD task: To get a daily pulse on the general health of the pipeline.
Need a cron trigger for scheduling a daily run of the AKS Swift PR pipeline for master branch, for some time in the early morning, so the pipeline has a chance to run before our standups and reflect on the dashboards.
Requirements:
Add a daily schedule for ACN PR Pipeline, nightly scheduled.
